J&C Edificaciones SAC was founded on June 15, 2016, inspired by the legacy of our founder’s father, a master builder. The vision was clear from the start: to turn years of electrical and construction field experience into a formal, agile and close company that combines craft, commitment and a human touch.
Our first big step was the electrical installations of the Panorama Plaza Negocios building, which opened the door to corporate construction. From there we grew organically, adding drywall, plumbing, architecture and structured cabling, thanks to the trust of our own clients.
Over these years we have delivered more than 150 projects across Lima and beyond, with personal attention, immediate response and serious compliance with deadlines and quality. From installations at Torre Interbank to work for Rústica, ABB, Banco Falabella, United Airlines and Club Sporting Cristal, we have shown that a small company can deliver big results.
Today, led by a compact and skilled technical team with licensed engineers and field specialists, we reaffirm our commitment: to build with responsibility, honesty and punctuality. Our goal for the coming years is to grow in volume and take part in public works, without losing what sets us apart: close attention and trust from the very first contact.
